CONSENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
We are Kingdom Travel Planners, LLC dba Kingdom Planners™ and we look forward to serving you as your travel agency for family vacation destinations.
By accessing, using, and/or obtaining any services through our travel planners you, the purchaser and/or traveler, and those traveling with you (collectively, “Customer”, “passenger”, and/or “you/your”) agree to be bound by these terms. It is the sole responsibility of you to inform all other parties traveling with you of the contents of these terms and conditions and you understand and acknowledge that you can bind those traveling with you. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Kingdom Planners and you, the Customer, and those traveling with you. These terms restrict your rights and remedies and provide protection to Kingdom Planners. If there is anything in these Terms and Conditions that you disagree with or are not willing to be bound by, or if something is missing from these Terms and Conditions that you consider essential, then you must not use the services of Kingdom Planners.
SUPPLIERS:
Kingdom Planners is acting as a mere agent for suppliers (including but not limited to the Walt Disney Travel Company, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and Universal Vacations) in arranging for the booking of, and management of reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by Kingdom Planners (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). Kingdom Planners, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any acts including, but not limited to, intentional or negligent actions or omissions, on the part of such suppliers or their employees or agents, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to you or your companions or group members.
Each of these suppliers is an independent entity with its own management, and is not subject to the control of Kingdom Planners. Customer is advised that the suppliers whose names appear in travel documentation are those actually responsible for providing the travel services purchased, and consents to the use of those suppliers, and understands and agrees each supplier’s terms and conditions are contained in printed form or are set forth on their respective websites, which govern the transaction.
Customer is responsible for reading and agreeing to the applicable supplier’s Terms and Conditions. These policies can be found on the supplier’s websites and on travel/dining reservation confirmations. Please review the links below for your travel destination.

Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, Kingdom Planners does not guarantee any of such supplier’s rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects.
BOOKING ACCURACY/LEGAL NAMES:
Customer is required to immediately review all aspects of their booking to verify all applicable information including, but not limited to: passenger names, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, pricing, airfare, arrival/departure airports, accommodations, and organized activities on your booking receipt. Please notify Kingdom Planners immediately if any omissions and/or corrections are needed regarding the booking details. Customer(s) voluntarily assumes full and sole responsibility for any and all risks and/or costs involved with failure to report such errors and/or omissions. Customer is required to verify the accuracy of the passenger’s LEGAL first and last names. It is mandatory that guest names be identical to the Customer(s) LEGAL first and last names and identical to the names as they appear on booking and travel documents.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS/REQUIREMENTS:
Customer(s) assumes sole responsibility to independently confirm all requirements for all passport, visa, vaccination, pregnancy/age restrictions, or other entry and/or travel requirements of each destination and travel supplier. Customer(s) assumes sole responsibility for, and hereby releases Kingdom Planners from any claims or responsibility for any and all damages incurred as a result of Customer(s) failure to comply with applicable travel requirements, including but not limited to, the requirement that all Customers procure, and have on their person the proper travel documents at all times. Kingdom Planners recommends the Customer(s) consult with the appropriate domestic and foreign governmental agencies for the current document requirements.
You assume complete and full responsibility for, and hereby release Kingdom Planners from, any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. However, Kingdom Planners specifically recommends that U. S. Citizens traveling to Canada, Mexico or the Caribbean, do so with a valid U. S. Passport. For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, contact the Travel Advisory Section of the U. S. State Department, (202) 647-5225, or access the State-Department’s on-line travel advisory service (www.state.gov/travelinformation/travelwarnings). For medical information, call the U. S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), (404) 332-4559 or log on to www.cdc.gov/travel. These sites are owned and operated by third parties who may alter the URL at any time without notice. By embarking on your travel, you voluntarily assume all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. You are hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and the possibility that you may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency.
PAYMENTS:
Kingdom Planners only processes credit card payments on behalf of clients directly with travel suppliers (such as Disney Travel Company, RCCL, Universal Vacations, etc.). Kingdom Planners does not collect or hold any travel funds. Payments are made directly to the travel vendors. Kingdom Planners will initially complete a free reservation hold. The reservation will automatically cancel if the deposit payment information is not received before the “Deposit Due Date” indicated on your confirmation. If the remaining payments are not received by Kingdom Planners on or before the “Final Payment Date”, reservations are automatically cancelled. Failure to remit payments on a timely basis will automatically put your booking at risk of cancellation. Please contact us immediately, and in advance of your payment due date, if you will be unable to meet this obligation. Without limitation, Customer(s) voluntarily holds Kingdom Planners harmless for cancellation of any booking for either late payment or declination of a credit card. Kingdom Planners may also process credit card payments on behalf of Customer for deposits and payments for dining and special event reservations. Customers are to refer to the current dining cancellation policies on the supplier websites.
PRICING:
Prices and availability quoted by Kingdom Planners are not guaranteed until the deposit is fully paid. Pricing and availability may change without notice. Customer agrees that Kingdom Planners is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any quotes, advertisements, including on our website, resulting in inventory, content, or pricing discrepancies nor is Kingdom Planners responsible for any errors or omissions that may occur as a result of incorrect information from third parties. Suppliers reserve the right not to honor any published prices that it determines were erroneous due to electronic, printing, or clerical error. You acknowledge this right and agree to hold Kingdom Planners harmless for any actions or damages arising from supplier pricing. Kingdom Planners reserves the right to charge Customer(s) for any increase in taxes, fees or surcharges. Customer(s) acknowledges this right and agrees to pay any such additional taxes, fees, and surcharge.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
For your protection, it is recommended that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. However, no representation or description of the insurance made by Kingdom Planners to you, constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance. Kingdom Planners is not an insurance company and has no responsibility for the submission, payment or adjustment of any insurance claims. Any insurance claims that may fall under the relevant travel insurance policy must be submitted to the insurance company identified in the policy. We urge you to read your policy when it arrives as it contains important information. This information includes, but is not limited to, details on the extent of coverage and procedures for making a claim.
FORCE MAJEURE:
Kingdom Planners shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you as a consequence of Kingdom Planners or any of the suppliers being unable to perform its obligations under your contract(s) due to the unusual or unforeseeable circumstances (a “force majeure event”) beyond the control of the party affected by the force majeure event.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Kingdom Planners shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, disease, virus, pandemic, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent’s control. Kingdom Planners is not responsible for disruptions of any kind stemming from weather or carrier or Supplier logistical problems. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL KINGDOM PLANNERS OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF KINGDOM PLANNERS OR A KINGDOM PLANNERS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL KINGDOM PLANNERS BE LIABLE ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN EQUITABLE, LEGAL, OR COMMON LAW ACTION ARISING HEREUNDER FOR CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, INDEMNITY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, FOR DAMAGES WHICH, IN THE AGGREGATE, EXCEED THE AMOUNT KINGDOM PLANNERS HAS RECEIVED FROM CUSTOMER IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY REMEDY
GOVERNING LAW:
Any legal controversy or legal claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or our services, excluding legal action taken by us to collect or recover damages for, or obtain any injunction relating to, site operations, intellectual property, and our services, shall be settled solely by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of JAMS (www.jamsadr.com). Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Austin, Texas, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either you or us may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Austin, Texas necessary to protect the rights or property of you and us pending the completion of arbitration. Each party shall bear one-half of the arbitration fees and costs incurred through JAMS.
ELECTRONIC OR HANDWRITTEN SIGNATURE:
Both parties agree that you may acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions: (i) electronically; (ii) by handwritten signature; (iii) by any other electronic means, including without limitation acknowledgement via email acceptance of these Terms and Conditions; or (iv) by your implied consent deemed via your actions which shall include without limitation the payment of the invoice and/or your use of the services provided by Kingdom Planners or any other travel supplier related to your booking. All such means will be deemed to constitute effective acknowledgement and execution of these Terms and Conditions and shall be sufficient to bind the parties to the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions
YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Kingdom Travel Planners, LLC (“Kingdom Planners”) has created this Privacy Policy in order to disclose its use of consumer data collected about you. This Privacy Policy is effective as of April 25, 2012. Any questions regarding this policy should be directed by email to info@kingdomplanners.com. You may also contact Kingdom Planners at 5114 Balcones Woods Dr., Ste 307-325 Austin, TX 78759. The following discloses Kingdom Planners’ information gathering and dissemination practices.
Information Collected and Received
Kingdom Planners may collect or receive information about each person who registers with the Kingdom Planners website or uses Kingdom Planners’ services including, but not limited to, user name, password, first and last name, email address, street address, gender, occupation, and interests. Kingdom Planners also collects information on the pages you access and other information you may volunteer, such as survey information.
Uses of Information
WE WILL NEVER SELL YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS, OR ANY OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION, TO ANY THIRD PARTY WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. EVER.
Except as described in this section, we will not disclose your personal information to any third party without notifying you of our intent to share the information and giving you an opportunity to prevent your information from being shared.
From time to time, we may partner with companies based on the interests of our users. These partner companies will never see your email address or any other information that could identify you or be used to contact you directly.
Any exceptions to this policy of sharing your name, address or email address with a partner company will be done only with your permission.
Kingdom Planners reserves the right to disclose information when required by law.
We occasionally use other companies to perform services necessary to our operations. In the course of providing these services, those companies may have access to your personal information. By contractual agreement, those companies must treat your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, we will not be liable for any damages that may result from the misuse of your personal information by these companies.
Kingdom Planners’ site’s quote form requires users to give Kingdom Planners contact information (such as your name and email address) and demographic information (such as your zip code, age, or income level). Kingdom Planners uses customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about Kingdom Planners and promotional material from some of Kingdom Planners’ partners. The customer’s contact information is also used to contact the user when necessary. Kingdom Planners may use demographic and/or profile data to tailor the visitor’s experience on Kingdom Planners’ site, show the visitor content that Kingdom Planners thinks you may be interested in, and display content according to your preferences. The demographic and profile data will be shared with third parties ONLY on an aggregate basis.
We may also disclose, on an anonymous basis, statements made by our customers.
Security
Kingdom Planners uses industry-standard technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged between Kingdom Planners and other companies to help ensure its security.
Links
Kingdom Planners may create links to other web sites. Kingdom Planners will make a reasonable effort to link only to sites that meet similar standards for maintaining each individual’s right to privacy. However, many other sites that are not associated or authorized by Kingdom Planners may have links leading to Kingdom Planners’ site. Kingdom Planners cannot control these links and Kingdom Planners is not responsible for any content appearing on these sites.
Amendments
Kingdom Planners may amend this policy at any time. If Kingdom Planners is going to use personally identifiable information collected through Kingdom Planners’ corporate site in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection Kingdom Planners will notify users via email and/or by posting a notice on Kingdom Planners’ Web site for thirty (30) days prior to such use. This Privacy Policy may not be otherwise amended except in a writing that specifically refers to this Privacy Policy and is physically signed by both parties.
Successors and Assigns
This Privacy Policy inures to the benefit of successors and assigns of Kingdom Planners.
